The assignments are posted on Finalsite and are adjusted as needed on the weekends. However, it would be helpful to us all if any changes to the assignments could be viewed the day it was made. This is where you all come in.

These blogs will be a part of your class participation. Frankly, I have not done this before and am open to suggestions.

1) Our assignment is to go over the work we were supposed to do over the summer which is chapter 1.1 and 1.2 and finish all of it by Tuesday.
2) Today in class we went over how the class is graded and such and learned about this blog. We also learned how to graph histograms on the calculator.
3) I was relieved that we had more time to finish up the summer homework , because i had a few problems not yet completed.
1) Today's assignment was to continue looking over the 1.1 homework and write down any questions we have. Tomorrow is our last day to review before the quiz! :)
2) Today in class we continued making histograms on the calculator, we also worked on some stem plots. The other thing we learned was SOCS (shape, outliers, center, and spread).
3) SOCS is a great way to memorize the properties of a graph! I also liked learning how to use the calculator. I am not as nervous for the quiz as I was yesterday!!!!!
1) Our assignment for labor day weekend is to do some of the even problems for 1.2 and work on the misleading graph project.
2) Today in class we had our first quiz which took the whole period.
3) I am surprised that AP Statistics is my favorite class so far this year and compared to AP Government it is far more interesting to me.
Today in Statistics we went over our quiz, which both Alix and I did awesome on, and then went over some homework problems. Tomorrow we have a quiz on section 2.2

1) Our assignment is the first set of homework problems on 3.1
2) Today in class we went over chapter 3.1 and did the even problems for practice.
3) Learning to make tha scatter plots and learning to overlay 2 scatter plots (each with different markings) was fun!
1) Our assignment tonight is to do problems 3.25-3.37 odd.
2) We took a quiz in class today. Then we went over 3.2
3) I am surprised at how well I am learning this material. I can see this class getting substantially more difficult soon though.
1) our assignment is to try problems 3.39-3.61 odd in section 3.3
2) Today we did four example problems from the book. We are just tackling section 3.3.
3) I think it's amazing that we can only do like 4 problems in 45 minutes!!!!!!
1) Our assignment for tonight is to finish all the odd problems in section 4.1 up to problem number 4.16
2) Today in class we went over problem 4.11 in detail and started talking about the next section. We also got various test and project grades back. We received our quarter grades as they stand thus far.
3)It was really funny when Mrs. Wilson got all excited about Jodi's perfect graph, but was then disappointed when she figured out that Jodi had done the wrong problem!
